ISI GROUP marked the official move-in to our new headquarters at ISI Tower, our new office building in Phnom Penh’s developing Chom Chao District. Born from ISI GROUP member companies in our Property Development and Building & Materials divisions, ISI Tower is a part of our goal for urban rejuvenation and sustainable development.

Improving our capacity to innovate and deepening our core capabilities in our Building & Materials division, our member companies, ISI STEEL, FUXIN and Global Camstar (GCS), have also moved their head offices to ISI Tower. The central location will facilitate greater collaboration, improve efficiency and allow us to continue developing better products and services.

ISI Tower was specially developed by Urbanland and designed by their sister architecture firm, HKA & Partners, for fast growing and industry leading companies. Its open space floor plans and flexible layouts meet diverse needs and office cultures while large windows provide natural light and external louvers reduce building temperatures to improve energy efficiency. Combined with terraces featuring greenery on multiple levels, ISI Tower offers a refreshing outlook on office environments that embraces a healthier working life and ushers in productivity.

Tapping into Fuxin’s expertise, the building utilizes cutting edge and highly customizable pre-engineered steel structure solutions. Working with Urbanland and HKA, FUXIN’s engineers used their design-build approach to create the prefabricated steel components in their factory and assemble them onsite to form the building’s 9-story structure. The result? ISI Tower is sturdier, more environmentally friendly and carries a modern design that is reinvigorating the industrial district.

The close collaboration of our member companies doesn’t end there. With the tower designed and the structure standing strong, ISI STEEL and Global Camstar (GCS) stepped in to supply vital materials and finishings to complete the building. From design and development to construction and materials, ISI Tower showcases our group’s strengths.
